Chair massage is a great way to relief tension quickly and is ideal for the workplace or anytime you need a quick way to relax.

Chair Massage (or on-site massage) is a brief bodywork session carried out in a special chair and typically lasts 10 to 15 minutes.

Generally, employers will contract the services of a massage therapist. One or more therapists will attend your place of work and set up the massage chair in a designated area.

The chair massage can be carried out at your workstation, in the boardroom or anywhere you choose as it does not require a private room.

Therapists schedule appointments with employees during breaks.

The specially designed chair allows the therapist to work on the most common problem areas for workers today ? the back, neck, shoulders and arms.

No oil is used and no clothing is removed and the session lasts no longer than the time it takes to have a coffee beak.
